Package can't be delivered according to China Post, said it is at a pick up point. Cannot find any information on a pick up point.

I don’t have information on where the pick up point is?

when i track my parcel, it says pick up at Alrode but i have no idea where that pick up point is. I didnt receive any notification with details at all. I used my address at the office and its been a month since it arrived at the local point but there's no address for South africa post pick up point
