I am trying to pay the customs taxes for my parcel, but I am unable to complete the payment through the EMS WeChat Mini Program.

The mini program does not allow me to register and returns an “interface error”. I do not have a Chinese phone number, and my WeChat account is registered outside of China, so I cannot use this payment method.

At this point, paying via WeChat is not possible for me.

Please provide an alternative way to pay the customs taxes, such as:
• an international payment link,
• any other method available for overseas recipients.

I am ready to pay immediately once a workable payment option is provided, so the parcel can be released and delivered.
