Undelivered that china post marked delivered but was not. Therefore instead of contacting the seller since it's documented that he left it in your care then you will be held responsible for the disappearing product. So would you'd you like to find, replace, or refund my loss.

For all the delayed packages that I ordered from China to Malta, and which are still apparently in transit months later, I keep getting the same answer from Chinapost: "if you haven't received your package in 3 months you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution or refund".
I don't understand why this is always stated as being the responsibility of the seller, as from the tracking on most of my packages they are simply being held up somewhere in a postal centre or airport in China. Surely this is the responsibility of Chinapost or the specific carrier service to ensure packages are delivered (especially those with tracking numbers) even if very late?
