So this parcel has been at Guangzhou airport awaiting being put on a flight to Australia since March 28. What needs to be done to best streamline this process? Is there any avenues for me to contact for help or is that the seller's responsibility? Do you have any information available that would help formulate an estimated time of arrival for this parcel?
