Checking status of package

Hi I ordered my package on the 27th and it still hasn't gotten here it says the last known location was shipped there on April 3rd I ordered another item a day after this item and it was shipped to me already do we know what's going on with my product it says it's unknown location now tracking number is WI00151088729SH

I have messaged the seller and yet to get a responce all I have is that its their at ur facility and the tracking number is at ur last location... no further can u update or check on it on ur end maybe have them scan it again so I know witch location to call to check on the item thanks
It's sent by using Wishpost and is still in transit to your country now. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
