China post delivery to U.S. marked as "delivered" but I never received it.

Hello, I am researching tracking # AG082302566CN, a large parcel. It is marked delivered in my home town of Framingham, MA but I have not received it. I drove to my local USPS and they have not heard of that tracking # or delivered anything to my name or my address. Thank you! Alqn

Hi Alan Weisman,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi,
My delivery, AT462100818CN has been marked as delivered but no delivery attempt has been made at my address.
Also the ems tracking number, AT462100818CN , does not work on the Irish postal companies website, so I don't know what partner China post are using in Ireland to deliver packages.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
