I have a couple of packages marked under China post that are claimed to have been delivered yet nothing was delivered. I contacted China post by ermail no reply. I contacted the business by email no reply. It mentioned China post to USPS no record found from my local post office of such tracking number that exist. No one responds: so how do we communicate with China post to confirm or to investigate? Here are the two tracking numbers: AG679502983CN & AG679210367CN it says it was delivered sucessfully? Where, When, to Whom?

Tracking states package delivered.
I was home all day and it was not delivered. Advised to contact carrier. I can't find out which carrier supposedly delivered the package. The china post tracking is the only carrier shown. I ordered a package that was being delivered through China post. I was given tracking number AQ053535055CN. According to China Post tracking, my package was delivered on May 18. It was NOT delivered to my address 1578 Watermark Ct, Miamisburg, OH 45342. I checked with USPS, UPS and FedEx and that tracking number is not in any of their systems.
