China Post Tracking doesn't align with USPS

I received the tracking number, AM308687875CN, which shows out for delivery on your site. I attempted to track using USPS with the same tracking number and it reflects, Label Created not yet in system. Is there anyone I can contact about this?

Hi ERJOSEPH1,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS.

Id like to know what is going on with this package. It still doesnt appear to have reached the US. Normally when I order from china my package is received in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I still do not have an update.
