Hello,I seen that my item is Handed over Airline and it`s been more than 30 days there.
Can you please send me feedback what is going on - is it lost? or change tracking number?

Good day! I have sent a private parcel from Russia to a friend in China. It was detained at the customs office of CNBJSA and they demand a check. What should I do if it is not a commercial package?
It was received by airline on Dec.10 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Malta after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
