I have a china post tracking number and need to covert it to usps tracking number…

Hello,
I bought order on March 31 2020
and the seller ship it out using SunYou Shipping company with this tracking Number
SYAE000403294

after that i told him to convert this tracking number to this Form (RR00000000CN)
He give me this tracking number using China Post
LO973138000CN

Now i need to know if the SunYou shipping is the same of China Post or not?
and why the tracking information not the same on 17Track for two tracking numbers?

and if the two numbers are the same. Where is my package now?

My package is at post office near me. Address is one number off. It shows 210 but it's 2310, wasn't my error using auto filled. I've talked to post office of my situation ND only solution is I need USPS tracking number. Can't contact seller because no response from my email. No phone number. Using senders tracking app. It's here near me at my post office still processing it says. All I have is senders tracking number KTZ940431313CN and my order number.as per USPS,insisted they need USPS tracking number in orders to have it delivered to me.
