No updates since April 15. Can someone tell me what is going on?

They are sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for them. You may couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive them in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
