my order number CP392289726CN and CP392289434CN is stuck in the same place since 2 february , why ? thank you

Hi bouarbi,

They are not stuck. They have left China on Dec. 2 and are in transit to Algeria now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after they left China) to reach and there will be further update when they arrive.

I ordered a package and it has been stuck in the same location since the 19th of June. I get the message sorry logistics delay on aliexpress when I check the tracking. It was shipped more than a month ago and I wonder what has happened to my package as I can't find any information about a reason for logistics delay, where the package is or how long the delay can last.
