Delivered but never received

Hi Hello I placed an order on the 10th of September and received a tracking number through China post. China post site it says delivered but I have not received anything. I want to know where my order is. Please respond asap. My order numbers are:

What's the courier for MN202109101026316589 and MN202109102636316398? I don't get any tracking information for them.

I have 3 packages sent from China post and all say delivered but nothing arrived at my house. Canada post and UPS have no record of the items. The parcels showed as arriving in Canada and delivered.

Hello,
Apparently this shipment has been delivered November 25th, but I haven't received it. I have contacted seller who says I have to contact local post office?? There are several, so whom was this shipment handed over to? Normally it is Post Nord and then they send tracking info, but I have not received such. There must be a name or company that has received it when it apparently is delivered?
