I got off the phone with Canada Post and the item has been lost in the network over here in Canada. I was asked to reach out to the original seller to launch an investigation with Canada Post to resolve this issue.

So, you can't get more update after Dec. 15. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to get refund.
Why does the company say it's lost? If it couldn't be delivered within three months, it may be lost. It's in transit to Canada now. My according to "all in one package tracking website" my parcel from Guangzhou China apparently left China on 6 March 2020 And is in transit to New Zealand. But there have been no updates since. New Zealand post says it's still at the international departure in China and never left. Can you please help me find where my parcel is???
