My package was deemed lost and they told me to contact you guys in regards to it , the seller has ignored my requests about the lost package

Sorry, we couldn't deal with the package as we are only a tracking platform. You need to contact the seller to refund you if it's lost. If the seller doesn't reply you, you need to try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
