Delivered but not here

My Packages show delivered to the correct address shown but is nowhere to be found. The Apt. number was listed correctly, so it should have been delivered to my door. Where did it go?

Hi Peter Sottile,

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I can see the package history and the date delivered, but unable to see what address it was delivered to, nor the courrier who delivered it. The only courrier name I can see anywhere is LinLong? I'm unaware of this courrier having fleets in NB Canada. I assume where it landed in USA then had to cross the border into Canada that the Courrier changed? Cand you please try to find the address or PO Box that it was delivered to or what Corrier delivered it? Thank you for your help!
