On tracking AS135701324CN it says delivered but I have not received it. Seller will not reply

Please can you confirm if delivery post code in UK is DN20 8NR ?

Sorry, we don't know the address of the package as it's private personal information. You can only let the seller provide you with the address information they use. According to the tracking information, AS135701324CN was delivered on March 24. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Apparently this shipment has been delivered November 25th, but I haven't received it. I have contacted seller who says I have to contact local post office?? There are several, so whom was this shipment handed over to? Normally it is Post Nord and then they send tracking info, but I have not received such. There must be a name or company that has received it when it apparently is delivered?

I have tracked this item and it states it has been delivered. it has not been delivered. I have not received it. I was in all day and no delivery came on the 20th November. I have also checked my CCTV and nothing was delivered. I have checked with all my neighbours, no delivery has been received. I have paid for an order which states delivered when tracked but I have NOT received the delivery. I have contacted the seller and they said they can’t help.
