Delivered but not received

So my package says it was delivered but I have not received it. The place that it shows on the map is the local post office but they don't have it either. can we please get some more information on our package. its supposed to be delivered to our house not the local post office

Hi Jacquelene,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello,
Apparently this shipment has been delivered November 25th, but I haven't received it. I have contacted seller who says I have to contact local post office?? There are several, so whom was this shipment handed over to? Normally it is Post Nord and then they send tracking info, but I have not received such. There must be a name or company that has received it when it apparently is delivered?
