Delivered but nothing received

Dear,
I’ve my package is reported “delivered” but I fondant get anything, my neighbours didn’t get anything and with the parcelnumer I can only see the tracking of china post. None of the local couriers can find this parcelnumer. Can you tell me a different parcelnumer for the parcel in the Netherlands? Or can you tell me where I can find my package. The seller only tells me that the item has been delivered

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Netherlands. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
