Departure from Regional Sorting Center time has changed twice in past three days

Hi,
I sent a parcel to China from UK last week, the tracking number is RN394747659GB. The latest information is below:

I have noticed that the time the parcel has departed the regional sorting center in Beijing has changed three times in the past two days. I am confused by this. Could someone please let me know what is going on.

You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution. It's not normal. It should be delivered in three months.

And why the countries of Balkans, aren't getting mail from Bejing ( China post), and mail sent via Hong Kong we are recieving? When will our packages arrive? All airports open.
