It's on the way back to the seller now and it's in Jinan city where the seller is located. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

The most recent shipment activity for this items says “shipment arrived at the country of Origin post office” on the 12th of December. Before that it says “departed country of Origin” On the 5th of December. Does this mean that’s it’s being delivered back to the seller?
