Dont know what this code means

i didnt pick up my package so it was sent back to sender,the sender said he will send it again and it should arrive soon. When i use the tracking code from before it says "[Beijing processing center] has imported mutual Seal (Domestic turn)" ,what does that mean?

It meas it's in Beijing and will be transferred to next station.
