Hello, my package has not updated in well over a month. It said it has been held for customs inspection but when I asked my shopping agent he said that it had departed from China already. Can someone offer me some insight on this please? Tracking number is EB727113699CN from Guangzhou to California

It was delivered to air transport on August 28 and takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. It should be delayed due to some reason. I suggest you wait for more days to see if there is any update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
