Should update Your site that You can’t deliver within the time frame that You stated .

The seller should let you know the delivery time couldn't be guranteed due to the coronavirus.

I understand is covid now, but however my last parcel only take 7days to reach Singapore.
This time already 23days.

It was handed over to the carrier transport on August 12 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
