My shipment with tracking number RB937669742SG had been shipped on April 6th 2020 from china to india with Singapore as transit point it's been stuck at "handed over to airline" for more than 90 days and I'd like to know if there are any delays and cause for the delay of my particular package and is my package safe? All my other packages (RB945038544SG) which are shipped 10 days after from china with Singapore post as transit same as the previous one have already been delivered a month ago but this didn't even reach the transit point! until now when i check tracking in singpost website it'd show "Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility", but recently when i check it changed to "Item status not found in the system", what does that mean?

My package is in transit since 31 days may I know why ?? When I check online it’s repeatedly showing . Departed from regional sorting center , returned to Beijing city , dispatched to mail exchange center , departure from sorting exchange , acccepted by airline , returned again to Beijing city .. I can see all these repeatedly showing on different dates it’s been 31 days in transit .. how many more days u will make me wait ?
