Ems package has taken more than 2.5 months and still hasn’t arrived

Ordered a 6.6kg parcel to the uk on sept 28 and logistics has been stuck at “Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport” since the 29th sept. This is excessive, the seller will only tell me that “it hasn’t been confirmed as lost” each time I ask about the parcels situation which means that no one is actually checking what’s up with the package or where it is. I just want to know what’s really going on other than the vague stuff i’m being told by sales reps

In normal, it should be delivered in two months. You need to contact the seller to refund you as it has been over two months that it's still not arrived.
