EMS package still hasn’t shipped?

Hi,
In my experience, EMS is supposed to be an express service, generally delivered anywhere between 3-15 days. However, this package was apparently handed over to China Post on 19 October and cleared for international departure, but there have been no updates since.
Is something wrong? I’m concerned since these are items that I really needed quickly. EB730653668CN

Thanks Daisy. Can I just confirm what the most recent status means? 已交承运商运输 / Handed over to carrier transport.

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.
