If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the package could be delivered in 75 days in normal.
It has been stuck at the US second processing center since June 14. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
