Flight Departure on 12/01 then no update since?

Last update from my package was a flight departure on 12/01 then no update since. Tracking even says its expired??? Also this package was sent out in a batch of other packages and I have checked those other packages' tracking numbers and they have all arrived to their destination. Any help please?? Tracking is RB590197894CN.

Hi Jessica,

According to the tracking information, it's still in transit and hasn't arrived. It's normal for it. It may be delayed or lost. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since.
