my tracking number is GZ0000284740YQ.
the status on the tool is: "Athens 190 14 Delivered/2025-05-17 11:00".
THIS IS NOT TRUE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.
Please check. This is the 2nd note sending you. There is no reply in the 1st one.
I don't want to be suspicious, but it seems that there is a fraud here.

thank you for the feedback. I don’t understand why I need to further contact with the Seller to contact back with you. (… which I did already).
I would expect by you to have already these answers. For me, you are the transport company. Can you tell me where the package is? It cannot be that you don’t know.
It is your responsibility to track it, regardless if you have subcontractors or whatever.

Sorry, the seller is not us but Guangzhou Logistics (光舟物流). Guangzhou Logistics has nothing to do with China Post.

It's shipped by Guangzhou Logistics (光舟物流). Tracking information shows it was delivered on May 17. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you in time.
