My tracking no is RL810068551IE can you please have the tracking information updated to why delivery didn't happen please. It states waiting on "feedback" and can you also tell me why it is still in postal office since 7th march. Is this going to be returned to me or left there. Is there an English speaking number I can contact about this ? Please dint ask me to ask company 9n china to ring to organise collection as they won't do it

Hi Anne Hayes,

The delivery was failed on March 6 and it's on the way back to Ireland now. You couldn't get connected with China Post from Ireland. Only customer in Chinese language is available. You need to let the receiver in China to check it for you.
