My package says it was due to depart by air on the 18/04. It has still not arrived in Australia, has it left Asia or not.

Hi Olivia,

It left China on April 18 and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

Tracking # LW438459225CN. US Destination. Seller: Aliexpress has no idea where it is and China Post/EMS and USPS show the package is still in China. If the package really did ship on 1/13 is still subject to hold in China due to Coronavirus?

Your package has left China and is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
