There is no update for my parcel that is supposed to be delivered today or tomorrow. Can you please provide an update on this Parcel? Also, Can you please tell me how much this parcel weighs? Thank you!

Please make sure the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. Also, the shipment information needs some time to be shown up in the system after you send the parcel. We cannot firue out the weight. You can 11183 if you are in China and call +86 10 11183 if you are outside China. Press 8 for English service. To check out the weight and other information, you need to offer the sender and receipant information, such as phone number and name to the customer service.

Hello,
I am trying to find out where my package is. I have been tracking my package number AT661580438CN and the last date of any movement was April 25, 2025 which states it is in the US and passed customs. I have called USPS to try and track it and they tell me they can not track it with a China Post tracking number. Can you please tell me what carrier here in the US it was transferred to and the carrier's current tracking number.
If you can't help, is there anyone I can contact to locate my package? There has to be a way to find it.
Any help you can give me to track down my package would be greatly appreciated.
