Help find my package

It says my package was delivered to my house but never made it here I called my post office in the tracking number that I got they can't find it they have no record of it being there please help me

Hi Herman wood,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your post service about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
