Hi, I sent package to china from china

Tracking number CH170380793US, it was stuck after cleared from custom since October 10, it says in transit . Is this normal?

Hi MCarpio,

It's not normal for it. You need to contact the seller and let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to check what happends to it.

Tracking # LW438459225CN. US Destination. Seller: Aliexpress has no idea where it is and China Post/EMS and USPS show the package is still in China. If the package really did ship on 1/13 is still subject to hold in China due to Coronavirus?

Hi John M,

Your package has left China and is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Daisy, thanks for your effort in helping me. Can you tell me the date when my package left China. If possible?
