Hi my package didn't came but shows me that it was delivered 9 days ago

Hi, my tracking number shows me that package has been delivered may 5 at 15:28 but I didn't receive that yet. How I can call courier or which proofs I can get that package has been delivered? And also how I can call china post customer service?
