Query on tracking No HJYTE2134006963YQ non delivery.
Item was purchase thought AliExpress Store Shop 5438092 on the 26th Jun 2021.
Store said it was delivered on 3rd Aug 2021 to 33 The Drive, Tawa, Wellington, New Zealand, Postal code 5028.
I have already checked with NZPost in New Zealand there replay dated 15th Sep 2021 is as follows.
I can confirm this parcel has not arrived into New Zealand. All parcels from AliExpress are able to be tracked once they arrive into the country. (unable to attach copy of email can forward to you if required if you supply email address i can send it to. )
Can you please Track my parcel and let me know details of its movements since shipping and when i can expect delivery. I have been unable to track this parcel since it was sent.

Good day T Green, I have also HJYT Express tracking number. I am currently waiting for my order from china to New Zealand Auckland. Did you manage to receive your parcel? Did they deliver it to your place? or Did you pick up at NZpost, DHL? UPS? TNT? etc? Please let me know so I know whom to contact the carrier so then I can call them asap once the package is ready for pick up. Thank you very much.
It's sent by HJYT Express. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
