My parcel EV950783251CN is saying 'The Plane Entered Hong Kong' on the 28th December 2020 but parcelforce say it was despatched to the UK on the 25th December. Could you tell me where it is and an estimated time scale?

It takes about another 10-20 days to reaceh UK to my experience. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
