I am over a month without update

My package has been sitting in the same place for a month (9/29/20). It seems like when I ship with EMS I either get my package in 10 days or else it ends up being a months long wait. Does anyone know how I am supposed to fix this? It is very upsetting and frustrating to deal with. Last time I asked I got told to wait a month and then ask question.

Hi Mitchell,

It should be reached recently. You'd better wait for more days to get update. Packages sent to EMS are mostly delayed due to the coronavirus. Some of them may be reached in time, most of them couldn't.
