Here is the tracking information available now. It's still in transit in China:
2017-10-31 00:22 has left Henan Zhengzhou Collection Center, the next station: processing center
2017-10-30 22:28 Henan Zhengzhou Collection Center, has been sent
2017-10-30 19:19 Henan Zhengzhou Collection Center, has received the mail

It usually takes at least a month for a package to reach Saudi Arabia starting with R.
