Dear Guenter,

It belongs to ePacket which usually takes 10-15 working days to reach. Tracking system shows it was collected by Beijing EMS Centre on Dec. 3 but they don't process it for ten days. You'd better contact the sender in China to call EMS (11183 and then 8 button to get English service) to ask what happened to it.
