My package status has been the same for 12 days. Can you tell me if it has left China or stuck at port? My tracking number is LA986684627CN. Thank you.

It was delivered to air transport on June 2 and will leave China recently. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. There will be further update when it arrives in Thailand. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
