No record of this tracking number has been found. This may be a result of the tracking number being entered incorrectly. Please check the number and try again. Please allow 1-2 days after the shipment has been sent for the information to appear in our system, as tracking may not be immediately available. For more help, please visit our FAQ.

For no tracking records of your tracking number, it may be caused because you typed the numbers wrongly. You should make sure that you have typed the correct number. Also, the shipment information needs some time to be shown up in the system after you send the parcel. You are suggested to wait for one or two days to check. More helps please see FAQ
