Hi kristien,

LZ384668925CN was delivered on October 23.
LZ283676596CN was delivered on October 30.

If you don't receive them. You need to contact Bpost to reflect the problem and check them for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get them.
