PRODUCT yet on arrived and after 18th April no updates so where is my parcel and what's the status

Hi Ratnakar,

Please provide the tracking number of your package in order to track it for you. In most case, there is no update because it left China and in transit to the destination country now. Another reason is that China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it leaves some stations of China.
