I purchased some items on October 10, 2025 and I received a confirmation email of my purchase. I was initially promised to have my package by the following week but that hasn’t happened. My package has been saying it is at the sorting center in North Charleston, SC in the USA (which is the city I live in) since October 26, 2025 and isn’t moving. Please let me know exactly where my package is and when it will be delivered.
