My order was placed on April 29, 2025 my tracking number ZA00229851101. Per tracking my order is supposed to be express but it has been in transit 16 days. It has been stuck in Texas since the 13th. Why is delivery so slow?
It should be delivered by Royal Mail after it arrives in UK. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
