I need to track my package

I've ordered This package from shein on the 7th of May, and the tracking has beying saying "In transit" "It has left the DONGGUAN Departing facility" For more than a WEEK. Is it moving? Has it even been shipped? Is it blocked?

What's the courier for it? It's not a tracking number of China Post.
