Hi Christopher Higgins,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

I ordered something from ebay and the seller gave me a tracking number that shows "being shipped." He gave me a tracking number that shows LW569824460CN. It says logistics order created on the Mar 5th at 6:59 PM from China post, but no updates. When I emailed the shipper, he replied "Done." It says logistics order created but no updates. Could you please let me know what that means?

On March 3 I ordered 3 jerseys from a company in the US and they gave me this tracking number LY677120624CN. The tracking number last update was on April 1st and it said the parcel arrived at the international sorting center in Shangai. After that there were no more updates.
Can you verify the status of my order?
