I purchased an item and to date have not had confirmation of purchase

I have emailed the person to request confirmation ad shipping arrangements. I paid through paypal and sent email with the email and yesterday paypal advised they had shipping advice Tracking number LV320844477CN Shipper China Post EMS. I am yet to have confirmation from [email protected]. What should I do ?

I purchased some items on October 10, 2025 and I received a confirmation email of my purchase. I was initially promised to have my package by the following week but that hasn’t happened. My package has been saying it is at the sorting center in North Charleston, SC in the USA (which is the city I live in) since October 26, 2025 and isn’t moving. Please let me know exactly where my package is and when it will be delivered.
